These Payment Terms explain how payments are accepted, processed, and verified for orders placed on the Banjosa Naturals website.

When Payment Is Collected
Cash on Delivery: Payment is collected when your order is delivered.
EasyPaisa, JazzCash, card, and bank transfer orders: Payment must be successfully completed before your order is processed and dispatched.
Cash on Delivery Orders
COD is offered to make first-time online shopping easier for eligible customers in Pakistan. Please make sure the stated delivery address and phone number are accurate so our courier partner can complete your order successfully.
We reserve the right to limit or disable COD for certain locations, high-value orders, repeated failed deliveries, or suspicious order patterns.
Failed, Declined, or Pending Payments
If your prepaid payment fails, is declined, or remains pending, your order may not be confirmed until payment is successfully received. If an amount is temporarily deducted during a failed transaction, the reversal timeline depends on your bank, wallet provider, or payment gateway.

Security and Fraud Prevention

An order confirmation and payment summary will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or inside your account where applicable. Please keep your order number for future support, returns, or refund requests.

Refunds Related to Payments
Approved refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund guidance and may be returned to the original prepaid method or an approved alternate method for COD orders, such as bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
